Our Spiced Fava Bean Crackers use flour made from ‘Maris Bead’ fava beans which are grown in the UK and are naturally gluten free. We add lots of spices to the dough, roll them out super thin, score and bake.
 
They are a perfect gluten free substitute for bread to have alongside your soup or salad, or they are just great to munch on their own. We love to dip ours with our homemade Fava Bean Hummus - also available in our deli in-store!
